Refunds & cancellation

Before provisioning begins
If we cannot accept your requested setup, or you cancel before provisioning work begins, the setup payment is refundable. Contact us promptly using the checkout email address.
After provisioning begins
The setup fee pays for hands-on configuration and is generally non-refundable once that work begins, except when required by law or when we fail to deliver the agreed setup. We will tell you before starting if your request needs a different scope or price.
Managed subscription
You may cancel through the hosted billing portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the paid billing period. Partial-period subscription refunds are not automatic.
How to request help
Email hello@companykernel.com from the address used at checkout and include the provider invoice or transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear.
