What this site is

This is a public marketing and billing entry point for a concierge service. It does not host customer ERP data, private instances, operational credentials, or company chat history.

Information we receive

We receive information you choose to send during onboarding or support, such as your name, company, contact details, requested workflow, and billing references. Our payment provider separately processes payment credentials and sends us the transaction and subscription information needed to deliver and support the service.

How information is used

• To verify payment and deliver the requested setup.
• To provide support, invoices, and billing administration.
• To prevent abuse and protect customer environments.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Service providers and retention

Vercel hosts this website and provides cookie-free web analytics, Dodo Payments is intended to provide checkout and billing, and Telegram may be used for onboarding. Measurement is limited to page views, CTA events, domain variant, and campaign parameters; it is not joined to private ERP data. Each provider processes information under its own terms. We keep business and billing records only as long as needed for service, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we control, subject to records we must retain. Contact hello@companykernel.com. Do not send passwords, API keys, or recovery codes by email.
