We do the initial provisioning manually on purpose. Early customers get a person responsible for the handoff, and the product gets tested against real company work before setup becomes automated.

Isolation and control
The marketing site is public. Your operating system is not.
Your workspace, memory, credentials, and operating history stay separated from every other customer.
Private by placement
Customer ERP instances run on private infrastructure. This public Vercel site never hosts your operational data.
Human-reviewed access
Payment starts a concierge setup. It does not trigger an unattended provisioning script or expose an admin panel.
Chat first, web when useful
Daily work starts in Telegram. The web UI remains available for review, recovery, billing, and complex workflows.
WhatsApp on your terms
Telegram is the default. Shared WhatsApp access is invite-only, or we help connect a number owned by your business.

Before you reserve
Is setup really completed in 24 hours?
Most standard early-access setups are completed within 24 hours after successful payment and complete onboarding details. If your integrations or requirements need longer, we confirm that before provisioning begins.
What does the first checkout charge?
The initial checkout is a one-time ₹9,999 concierge setup charge, with any applicable tax shown before payment. It does not start a recurring subscription. After handover, you explicitly choose whether to activate a managed plan from ₹14,999/month.
Does payment give the site access to my ERP?
No. Checkout and billing are handled by the payment provider. The marketing site has no route into your ERP, Proxmox host, credentials, or customer data.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing, request a secure email link, and cancel immediately or at the next billing date from the hosted customer portal.
Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes, during concierge onboarding. Public shared WhatsApp access is limited, while customer-owned numbers can be configured for the dedicated instance.
